Bet you never thought of this before. It turns out that hanging upside down is good for your hair as it means gravity will direct more of your blood towards your scalp giving your hair more goodness. One example is called Shirsha Asana that is practised in yoga; along with a load of substantial health benefits it is also good for many hair related problems. I'm not saying it can reverse baldness but it can definitely help to prevent it. To me it makes sense as we have evolved from monkeys and our hands are designed to climb trees meaning we could have spent a lot of time hanging upside down. If you don't feel like attempting a headstand though there is also something called a inversion table which you can lie on and simply tilt backwards giving you the same effect. So give it a go, as I said there are many other health benefits you can get from this if you are not sold on the hair part. It can loosen your organs which gravity has over the years been gradually forcing downwards, increase circulation, give you a natural facelift and it will even make you feel happier. Worth a shot right?? At the very least you can tell you mates you’re just hanging around when they ask.
